Most of those who gave their lives more than seventy years ago were teenagers and young people in their twenties. Imagine your grandchildren at that age being trained, issued weapons and sent overseas for three or four years to fight for our freedom. What they did and what they sacrificed are reminders of how much we owe The Greatest Generation.
