All you need is love

valentine3Valentine’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to communicate our love to those individuals who make our lives special. It can, however, be an isolating time for singles. As someone who was single for ten years before I got married the first time and for seventeen years before marrying the second time, I have some experience in this department. This is just a reminder to remember not only your partner this weekend but all the other people in your life you love. A phone call, a hug, an e-mail, take someone you love for a coffee. The simplest gesture can mean so much. To everyone in my life and to everyone who reads my blog, Happy Valentine’s Day. My life wouldn’t be worthwhile without you.♥valentine1

These personally signed cutouts were to be placed in a decorated heart covered mailbox in our classroom. Our school windows had been decorated with red cupids for this occasion. We were all thrilled to get a card from everyone…..especially that special boy in your class. Everyone… Read more »

I remember those valentine’s day boxes so well too but I don’t think they do them anymore to protect the kids who don’t get many.  Lynda Davis Follow my blog at: http://www.boomerbroadcast.net Social commentary on life from a Boomer Broad’s perspective e-mail: lyndadavis1@yahoo.ca For further insights into the Boomer perspective on business, fashion, mind and body, order my new book, BOOMERBROADcast.
