As the name of your blog clearly indicates, your targeted audience is boomer women. I have to say as a boomer male that many of your articles / commentaries appeal to my half of the species as well. Even those that are obviously “for boomer girls only” are enjoyable reading. I commend you on the ease of flow of your writing style and look forward to future insights and opinions.

I loved the article about your days as a Bell Girl when you were working at – and living near! – the CNE. I’m not a ‘boomer broad,’ but I could absolutely relate to the experience of living and working in downtown Toronto as a young girl. And, of course, as someone who works in the marketing space I would relish any anecdotes you might have from your days at Ellis Don. Your stories and insights are fun and thought-provoking. Keep writing please!!

Isn’t it just like you to put it right out there and ask for a critique. Well my dear here goes. To date I wouldn’t change a thing. You have covered a broad range of topics and done credit to them all. Please don’t think I am just easy to please. When it comes to reading, I am discerning. I don’t waste time on anything but bestsellers and to me Lynda, that is exactly what you are. Keep up the good work. Perhaps one of these days I too will get back to writing……. poetry that is.
